Inspired by the works of Hokusai, I wanted to recreate two of the most iconic Pokemon: Gyarados and Milotic. I wanted to evoke Power & Strength and Beauty & Resilience by using "The Great Wave off of Kanagawa" and "A Tour of the Waterfalls of the Provinces" as starting points.
